If this is a problem for you why don't create your own color coded strategy chart using Excel or Apple Numbers. Make hits green, stands red, splits purple, doubles blue, surrenders black.. whatever. At his point there are no letters or numbers in the charts aside from the columns representing player's and dealer's hand.

Next simply put the indices that you want to use where they belong. Keep a screenshot of it on your phone and look at it until you have it all memorized. If this doesn't work then print out some blank charts and fill them in when you're bored at work.

I have two images on my phone that I toggle between: one with the decisions in question but no index numbers, the other with the numbers filled in. I ask myself the question, then toggle to the image with the decision to see if I was right. These are more than the I18 and my numbers may not match yours but you get the idea:

Yeah I think it's a good idea to create your own and do it in whichever way you're going to remember it best. Here's the one I made when I started playing. Screen Shot 2020-03-01 at 1.29.00 AM.jpg

Everyone's brain works a little differently...but here is what I do.
For BS I use patterns...memorize the charts, maybe use colors etc.
For deviations...I group them by True Count.
For example...I start at the "top" with the most helpful ones...then move down the list.
Keep in mind, most players nowadays will not use split 10s etc.
And CBS might also be worth exploring for today's games.
