    Nice BJ opening in the beginning of 2020, +$35 total bet $250

    Today I went to a local casino

    Low limit table were all full, So I picked $15 min table H17 6 deck cutoff 1.5 deck

    I was still trying to keep $10 -$100 spread. Modified it to be TC<=2 Bet $15, TC=3 bet $20,... TC>=11 bet $100

    Wong-in after RC=13 & 1.5 deck in discard tray TC slightly less than 3

    First Bet $20, got 4,7 vs 6; Doubled and won

    then after several rounds I was up $55

    However lost my final bet of $20 and shoe end with +$35

    Total amount of bet : $250

    Hided $100, appear to be -$65 loss

    Pretty good start for the 2020.

    If you are going to keep your max bet at $100 on a $15 table, you should be betting $100 at TC of +4 and above. Have you Looked up optimal betting for your game?

    How about TC = 5 , 6, 7, 8, ...?

    Even with 10k bank roll, the Kelly criterion give me much higher betting.

    BTW if I bet $15 for TC<=2, $50 for TC=3, $100 for TC=4, $150 for TC=5, ..., $500 for TC>=11 then I can win $165 for this shoe. (only played 10 minutes)

    You will win more but at some point, your spread will become noticed and lead to back offs.

    You really don't sound like a BJ master to me. These days, I have my max bet out at TC +3 or +4.

    This is why I am not maxbet out at TC+3 or +4. Moreover, there are many Casinos 6 decks cutoff only 0.8 deck, which is easy to achieve TC =5 ,6 , 7, 8,...,12

    Bet TC adv Risk @ 80% CL Rds 80% Risk @ 90% CL Rds 90% Risk @ 95% CL Rds 95%
    10 2 0.005 -352.76 1764 -819.2 4096 -1361.2 6806
    20 3 0.01 -352.648 441 -818.8 1024 -1360.68 1701
    30 4 0.015 -352.482 196 -818.4 455 -1360.2 756
    40 5 0.02 -352.232 110 -817.6 255 -1359.2 420
    50 6 0.025 -351.915 70 -817.2 163 -1357.8 270
    60 7 0.03 -351.528 49 -816.24 113 -1356 188
    70 8 0.035 -351.064 36 -815.22 83 -1355.2 138
    80 9 0.04 -350.5 -814.2 -1352 106
    90 10 0.045 -350 -813 -1350 83
    100 11+ 0.05 -349 -812 -1348 67
    110 12 0.055 -1344.2 56

    Times 120% for the splitting and doubling for risk adjustment. No need to adjust the rounds of max risk. The rounds of break even is approximately 5 times the rounds of max risk.

    @ higher TC, e.g. TC =5 ,6 , 7, 8,...,12 , you will enjoy much lower risk and less variation. Why not max out @ TC >=11?

    TC 11 happens so seldom you don't have many chances to get out that max bet. Since it happens so seldom your playing session win or loss is often determined if you win or lose that bet. Why don't you buy CVCX software.

    As the "master" seems pretty clueless, I would like to state the obvious that Don's comment was sarcasm.

    I still waiting for his thread proving that 1+1 doesn't equal 2.

    As he has destroyed his clean slate as a new poster, he should just stop posting, create a new handle, and return without his reinvention of the wheel threads.

    Reference to Colin Jones' The 21th Century Card Counter page 119-125 and John Bukofsky's BlackJack play like Pros page114

    spread betting of 1-12 or 1-10 or even 1-24!
