    88 v A (6D H17) is a reverse index. I read a post by Cacarulo where he mentions to start splitting at hi lo TC2 or more and surrender below that.

    This is correct, and if you give it thought it makes perfect intuitive sense.

    Yes, we recently had a thread on reverse index plays, but I thought it was 14 versus Ace or 17 versus Ace.
