Just saw a bit about not doubling 11 vs 10 or Ace until rich enough. If you're not rich enough to make the correct play, especially since you're aggressively Wonging, then you either need to bet less or find a hobby other than Blackjack. 11 vs 10 is a Double until TC -4, 11 vs Ace varies based on S17 or H17. It is considered Basic Strategy in H17, and with all your Wonging, you will see the index to Double it in S17 frequently. Refusal to play properly due to insufficient funds is just giving away EV.

It depend on the priority of minimizing your risk or maximizing your profit.
DD 11 against deal A is a borderline decision for H17, only less than 1% difference in profit, however your risk doubled.
DD 11 against deal T your odds is 54%, hit 11 against dealer T your odds is 56%. So the difference is 4%*2-6%=2%. Hit 11 against T increase your odds for only 2% whereas it increase the risk for 100%

Do you know how much difference in one the most misplayed hand soft 18 against 9?

Suppose to hit soft 18 vs 9 which give ~45% odds if you stand on soft 18 against 9, it gives ~40% odds, 5% difference in one misplayed hand! And the risk is almost the same. In this case I will definitely hit soft 18 against 9.

We know that Collin Jones boot camp cost $2000+ your trip = $3000

So, We only use $3000 as our total initial bank roll. After perfecting CC (card counting), BS (basic strategy), and DV (deviations), you can head for casino to practice. Initially, you do not want any betting spread Just flat bet the Min table bet ($5 or $10) on TC>=1.5, wong-in wong-out , and that's it. Set a winning limit to be 5 betting units and losing limit to be 10 betting units, time limit to be 3 hours and endurance limit to be keeping running count up with the fastest dealer. If hit any one of those limits then go home.

Once you accumulate $600, (it will take several months, if you have daytime job) then you can do $5-50. Most of time TC will be <=6 so you only bet $25 at maximum. From then on, your betting money is all from casino and you do have 0 risk. Of course you need to have regular job instead of relying solely on this black jack thing in the beginning.
This is sooooooooo naive it does not warrant a reply, just a warning that the wrong information is much more dangerous than no infomration.
