i would say stealth is right. if you analyze it then you would know why.

Im saying that someone more knowledgeable than we are said they’ve seen the guy out before and he is an AP. We obviously couldn’t tell, but someone else who has seen him could.

Even knowing the approximate composition of the "slug" an Ap would not say it out loud to draw attention to oneself. That is how i reached my conclusion . I may still be wrong assuming he/she is not an AP although it is more likely not the case imo.
