When Norm wrote "S17,LS,DAS" he needed to create an entry for the variant that includes resplit aces. He meant to put a comma after the S in DAS and add RSA, but started one character over. That became
S17,LS,DA,RSAS
Look at the context of the map and answer your own question. Also... cares? The map is a novelty and has zero influence on any decisions for anyone who is seeking to play blackjack. (Sorry Norm, I like the map! I'm sure it was a fun project.)
