    my confusion over this is how do you allow them to trespass you? trespasses is a formal document that comes via certified mail (at least for me)....get the tap? pocket chips, listen for a min (actually while i'm heading for the door)...and leave....yes, I have had security tell me, "you need to come to the office", smile, ignore them and exit quickly

    Not necessary. A verbal trespass is binding, as is a trespass sent by certified mail with acceptance refused.
