    I get countermeasures at local casinos if they notice me. Sometimes this is right away and sometimes after a while. I still get to walk away with any wins. I live in a state where they can't ban you.

    One casino put me on a database but there have been no after effects. Sister properties of the casino that put me on OSN let me play. I still get comped in many casinos. In Las Vegas, even in mild disguise, a casino pit guy introduced himself to me and just flat bet me. I walked over to the sister casino on either side of that one and played with no problems.

    Maybe casinos have decided to make their own decisions/evaluations.
