I am planning on simulating the 6 card charlie using CV DATA. I use the 6 card Charlie playing strategy for the simulation. What is the steps for doing that?

To sim a six-card Charlie strategy, you would need to set up a multi-strategy playing strategy. You create multiple playing strategies, one for what to do with six-card hands, one for five-card hands, and one for four or fewer-card hands. Then click Assemble Multi-Strategy on the Playing Strategy page. For Decision Factor, click Cards. Give the strategy a name. Attach the four or fewer-card strategy to cards 2, 3 & 4. Five to 5 and six to 6 and >6.

This has nothing to do with decks. The multi-playing strategy feature has four Decision Factors as follows:
Shoe Depth: Select strategy based on current depth
Bankroll: Select strategy based on current bank
Cards: Select based on number of cards in your hand
NextCard: Select based on the next card to be dealt
By select Cards, you can change the strategy for each number of cards in your hand.
BTW, Bankroll is useful for testing rebate strategies.
