Basic Blackjack by Wong

Hello peeps,

Anyone knows the differences between the 2 books cover of that precise book?

I own the «*all yellow*» one, with a 10/A in the middle. It says it’s 1993.

But I have also seen on Amazon that it sells the version with the chips and blurred ace and king, and spades heart etc on the left.

Can anyone tell me differences between these 2 books ?
I’m trying to build a solid Blackjack Library, that’s why I’m interested in knowing it

Basic Blackjack was one of the first blackjack books that i read.
It is definitely worth reading, and is very useful if you travel a lot and come across different blackjack games with unique rule sets and novelty pay offs as it has a lot of different strategy tables for such games.

So far it’s one of the books that I enjoyed the less.
It’s more like an encyclopedia of rules and edge you can get at a bj table...

I’m now reading Burning The Tables in Vegas, and this one is a true must have! It’s sooooo well-written!

FWIW, I agree that BTTILV is one of the best books out there. My personality fits his style of play almost perfectly so I find his advice very helpful and have followed it for years.

For the record, the currently-available Kindle edition of Professional Blackjack contains Basic Blackjack as well as Blackjack Secrets. The paper editions of Basic and Secrets are out of print.

I don’t buy brand new books but used ones

So in the end, has anyone the answer to my original question ?

Does anybody know what chapters of the Kindle edition of Professional Blackjack are devoted to Basic Blackjack and Blackjack Secrets.. I recently bought the Kindle edition of Professional Blackjack for a quick reference to the charts in the Appendix. It has been years since I actually read the book.
