    My copy shows halves at +3 and halves at +2, for 4 deck H17. These indexes are around page 252 and 275 or so respectively. Plus 3 is correct for both. Do me a favour and check your edition. I'm curious if the newer print date has the corrections.

    Also, check pages 81-93 or so for early and late surrender indexes for both H17 and S17. That should be in your edition as well, but is not necessarily in the 1994 edition printed prior to 2005.

    HiLo is listed as +3 and Halves is still listed as +2 for splitting 4,4 v 3 in 4 deck H17. I'll pencil in the change for halves even though I use HiLo.

    The ES and LS tables are on pages 91 and 92 respectively, but the back also has many more surrender indexes with the rest of the indexes (pg 252 to 275), including surrender indexes for different 2-card combinations which I like.
