New Caesar's Signage, Good or Bad?

Caesars recently added min/max signs at all tables, boldly displaying 3:2 or 6:5. They're much easier to see than the felt payouts--to say nothing of MGM's microscopic payouts.

At the risk of over-analyzing, it could be that there's been too many hassles with irate customers over 6:5, so they need to put them on clear notice (maybe ploppies are starting to fight back?) Or, it presages the infection of the main pit with crapjack.

So, is the glass half-full or half-empty?
