I didn't even know there was such a thing as internet forums, let alone blackjack, until I stumbled across Norm's products and he told me about it. I thought it was a pretty cool idea to be able to talk to others that compete.
However, I don't know quite what to think about trolls, using different names, etc etc. Where I come from there is no hiding. What you see is what you get! You either bring it or you don't. Perhaps, a mantra you should push is "don't say anything on the forum, you wouldn't be willing to say to someones face." I can tell you, first hand, that is how it's done in a casino. Yes, I can get on someone with a red ass in a big damn hurry. But I'd rather not.
