The reason card games still exist is because you actually have to cart your corpulent, anti social, sun-hating carcass to where its at and share the space with clueless mouth breathers who pour money into them. But as the whole history of internet has taught us - even the smallest advantage or ability to turn clicks into dollars will instantly be swarmed on and killed by legions of 2nd and 3rd world hordes. Yes LEGIONS of hordes - thats not a typo - billions of people..
Could you imagine the same juicy game at your local secret store that offers excellent rules to the two dozen ploppies that live within driving distance suddenly offering that same game to millions of people, that they cant see, 24 hours a day - they would be bankrupt within minutes, maybe even seconds.
Finding an advantage online is a thousand times more difficult than finding an advantageous situation in real life and surrounded by a hundred thousand times more secrecy - and then theres getting the money out, which is anything but a guarantee. Honestly, unless youre paralyzed youre way better off just getting a job, saving, studying and taking a drive in a gas efficient rental car to a loop of good games.
You can try to find the digital golden goose but be warned theres 100 million cheeto dust covered, mt dew fueled, socially crippled basement dwellers ahead of you.
