Yes, different spots can have different bets. Parlay them separately. So if one wins and one loses, can still parlay the one that won, or decrease the one that lost, depending on the count.

The "goal" bet size is $100 for TC<=0, $200 for TC=1, $500 for TC>=2. I'm way over-bankrolled for counting.

The cover rules about bet size changes apply during the shuffle.
