A chart of Z-Scores with an overlay of actual results will "draw you a picture" of this as an ongoing characteristic.
I want to add that with the analysis, even with the collection of discrete data representing volumes of rounds played, you are not given "answers" but probabilities of results. It does not mean it could not happen just that is should not happen outside the parameters. Your use of this information should be measured and if people decisions are involved they must include other real performance data and good managerial judgemental data. Even then your actions may be ignoring the occurrence of .05% probability that may have happened.
