There was an old thread ( im reading the forum - again) where a high "ranking" member said that there wasnt enough emphasis on cover. He said an excellent cover/camo game allowed him to get away with murder. Like a counter got backed off righ next to him in under like 30 min and he was just hitting it hard without the slightest heat. I know in places with sharp eits its less effective but if they never get called to skills check your play....
i used to ask about it on here but ive realized that this is bad because convincing cover should be protected just like game locations
I know there is a faction that doesnt like / isnt all that convinced about cover but i think this can be one of the most fun aspects - but the kind of people that are good at the impersonal monotony of card counting usually arent good at this or something about it seems unappealing
In your instance a good act incorporating superstition voodoo and other ploppy logic will help you get away with spreading - wile out a little , have fun remember that people plop down at the table to have fun, to cut loose, and to experience the thrill of getting lucky - not mathematically grind out a profit while looking like their studying for a calculus final. A great cover will help more than some people are wiling to admit
Now stop unhelpfuling my posts - this board needs me, Im a lovable villain
