If you could prove the ASM's are rigged the casinos would have to return all the losses the players had while the ASM was being used and eat all the casino losses to players that won. It would be a many month free roll for all the rated players. Do you think casinos would risk that. So the casino won a record amount for the last 4 months with that ASM but now the casino have the correction from gaming that returns all the money lost by the losing players transforming it to the biggest losing run in the history of the casino. Then after that the fines would be egregious. You are looking at the way to turn a cash cow into a disaster that could even cost the casino their license after the millions in lost revenue plus outrageous fines. I know the casinos are often run by idiots but who is that stupid. What is going on is selective memory. Once you look for something you see it everywhere even if it is happening at the normal rate. The other part of what happens to people is the self fulfilling prophesy.
