If you could only pick one US state to play Blackjack in what would it be.
If you only care about rules then PA might be best, but tolerance trumps all. Many intolerant PA casinos and they have an active flyer network. Also several casinos, if not all, contribute to databases. PA also has a large exclusion list (as opposed to NJ whose list is very short).
I mean, I don't know your game or how you play, or how much cover and act you provide, but I can't say I'm surprised. The state is intolerant of APs, much like LV and AC. If you're a fast talking, palm greasing, sly guy, you'll do fine there as long as you keep your eyes open.
Honestly, its more about when you play down there, than how you play.
For me, though, and the game I play, its absolutely wonderful. Comps are crazy, the advantages in all aspects are plentiful, and every day has some kind of promotion going on to make a buck. I will say though, if you aren't a comp hustler, aren't interested in manipulating theos and such, you might as well play somewhere like PA.
