Thanks ZenMaster_Flash. I get it. The problem is to control myself, plan a 2-3 day trip with specific playing times and execute it (requires discipline) and ways to go to sleep after a tough day at the tables. It seems that's get to a casino and can't seem to quit and go to hotel room while losing. If I return to the room, I can't go to sleep and if I stay playing, I compound the loss.

I am thinking of strategies to make myself stick to a plan. How much to play, how and when to rest/sleep etc.
