As you all know and for whoever watched Under Siege 2 with Steven Segul, "Assumptions are the mother of all *** ups."
Your reference to an action movie star suggests that your problem is being (macho-style) thin-skinned.
All you need do is to fully understand that if it were not for ass-hole players 'donating' their money, we'd
have no game to play. If you have anger-control issues, (generated by feelings of inferiority), seek help.
My prescription is for you to ALWAYS say - "I dunno. I always play my hunches" Try to remember that -
You WANT to appear to be even stupider than the ass-holes are likely to be. That we call "camouflage"
I have taught graduate level classes at University, but in the casino, I morph into a complete imbecile !

That play will have surveillance noting that you made the verboten play with a BIG bet at a BIG count.
You are a heavy favorite in either case. The 'forbidden' play will probably earn you an extra 3% on your
play. So ... for a drop in e.v. you expose yourself to some very unpleasant and ultimately costly outcomes.
This is but one of the (somewhat expensive) prices that I pay in order to continue being "self-employed."
Of course, the same issue arises with splittable Face Cards. Need I say more ?

Funny enough, none of these players ever tip me when I make a play that causes them to win. Apparently I'm playing for them though, cause they sure make it known when I make a play that causes them to lose.

I once was advised by a young Asian female ploppy that I should probably stop playing blackjack after some deviations. She kept playing the Tie The Dealer and was incredibly lucky. The count was insanely high, and my deviations all failed. The dealer concluded 2 spots converted to 6 split / doubled hands vs dealer 5 with a 21 and cleaned me. My worst loss (first time I lost 4 digits) so far.

That's when she told me I should stop blackjack. She made a grand on side bets alone and was all over the place otherwise.

I have "saved the table" many times with deviations. Either way, just act like a ploppy, win or lose. Deviations are more likely to help with camouflage except with insurance and 16vT. Put up an act.

In starting to believe that the best way to act like a ploppy is to be an asshole to other players.

An accordion player with his monkey was sitting at the bar. His monkey kept running down the bar and peering in this guys drink. Finally, the victim of this endeavour screamed at the accordion player - DO YOU KNOW YOUR MONKEY PEED IN MY DRINK 3 TIMES. The accordion player says no, but hum a few bars and maybe I'll catch on.

Who cares what the guy thinks - tell him you'll play the way that you want and that its your money. If it's that shitty a count, there's almost certain to be another index play within a hand or 2. When you do it again and he wins because if it, just give him a dirty look - he's not likely to say anything. They only bitch when they lose.

I recall a 3 player table with a ploppy doing something real stupid. He got the brunt of some shit from the this guy before the hand played out. The dumb play turned losing hands into winners, and I had some decent money out. I thanked the ploppy for his brilliance and foresight.

Pissing people off isn't that hard. Believe it or not when I want to I can be pretty good at it. Sometimes I piss people off without even trying.

it's really easy for people to get pissed off when money is involved. I doubt that you're a legitimate asshole. Now, if you are an asshole, you're a rank amateur.

For the sake of argument, if you have achieved the lofty title of asshole, even on a rank amateur basis, just shortening your posts would remove you from this coveted status.

Please don't say I never defended you
The best assholes are those who don't have to work at it - they're naturals at it. Boz was a great asshole - he just came by it naturally, and I admire his unique tirades at the Zen site. Eye if the Eagle is a second rate asshole. He simply doesn't have what it takes to be a first class asshole - just another dipshit in a long line of Dipshits.

Yeah, I tried to help Boz. Then he turned on me on a dime for no reason. He wanted me to hand him my system. i try to educate people to be able to figure it out for themselves but he didn't understand the differences between our approaches. He saw the similarities in gathering information (he gathered info very similar to what I do) but failed to understand the differences in using information. The difference in using the info defined my apparently insane (to others) choice of side count. I think he got pissed that I wouldn't hand him something that he didn't understand.

Now that is being a repetitive asshole. You have suggested it once and it's time to let go.

I suggest you reread the series of posts that you can gain a clear understanding of the context in which they were written. If you had done so, you would have realized that I never referred to him as an asshole. In fact, if you read T3's response to my post, you would clearly see that he understood the context that I referred to and took no offence since none was suggested.

Once again, like premature ejaculation, you dribble without knowing, or understanding the facts.

I have read a dozen posts telling Tthree to be brief, that his posts are too long or too detailed. I was not just talking about one post here. Let T3 be T3. Some have a tendency to forget the OP and make it about a poster. Tthree answers the OP and then some sit in judgment of his post.
