Ok. This is a little scary or perhaps ironic. But a pit boss that 86 me a few years ago. We became friendly. Everytime he sees me he says I should be playing poker. That's where the real money us for someone with my memory gift and counting skills.

I don't know a thing about poker. Am I missing something? Is there a correlation?

There is only a poor correlation of playing poker well
and playing blackjack with an equally proficient skill set.
IF you have the wherewithal, poker is far better to play.
Note: Just as blackjack conditions continue to deteriorate
so it goes with poker as well ~ with opponents gaining in
their skills, compared to a decade ago, and cheating via
collusion a ubiquitous scourge.
