Looking for Feedback

Hello All. This might be an odd request as I know anonymity is valued in the world we live. That said, I'd like to have someone observe my play and provide some feedback on how to improve my game. Getting to Vegas is not a problem for me. If any of you have done something like this before I'd like to hear about that experience.

Once again I appreciate all the advice. I will run some sims using Verite. I know this will help me to better understand the nuances of the game. As for me, I'm not looking to quit my day job. My goal is small. I'd like to get to a point were I can squeeze out a $1,000/month return. I know I will need to put in more time at the tables as 20 hours/month isn't going to get me there and build my BR so I can increase my bet. I consider this a marathon and not a sprint. I'm in no rush. I can say that despite being down overall I have enjoyed the ride thus far.
