    A question:blackjack dealer peeks on?

Heck, I'm a newbie and I've posted this question on the Wizard of Vegas forum:
I know that in most casinos, dealer peeks at down card when an Ace is showing, but how common is the option 'Dealer peeks on 10'(when the up cards is ten)? I've heard that this option is becoming more common but I have no idea how common it is. How will this rule affect card counting decisions?

    Well... and that I
then checked sth in the CVBJ program, that it does not allow me to enable both 'Early surrender against 10' and 'Dealer peeks on 10' options!
    Can anyone account for this??

It does not alter strategy and has no perceptible effect on results.

I thought you doubled 11 vs T in dealer-peeks (ie: US rules), but do not double 11 vs T in a no-peek game (ie: Europe). But it also depends on what happens when dealer does have a BJ -- do you lose all bets, only original bets, only original & busted bets? Unless.. I'm not understanding OP's post properly...

The OP is speaking only of whether or not the dealer peeks when receiving a ten-up. This is not related to surrender rules or ENHC rules.
