Question 4 - Playing to hands, rather than increasing the bet at positive counts, can lower risk. This issue is probably covered in Donald Schlesinger's

75% of one-hand bet played across all hands at two counts has been proven to significantly increase hourly EV and marginally decrease ROR. Norm and ZG in particular have covered this.
Also, Vezalke, where are you playing that offers S17 with ES10? And how much of the 6-deck shoe is cut off?
