UAPM is the same as HiLo, but switching the 2 and 7 (0 and 1 tag values), as suggested by moses.

What is the difference in win rate between the two?

The count 3-7 vs 10-A came in at $23.35 winrate and 29.61 SCORE.
2-7s vs 9-As was $28.21 winrate and 34.92 SCORE. Both figured at $25 min. and 1-4 spread.

Some variations in bet spread push the 1st count downward at the latter up to $30.07 winrate and 45.74 SCORE.

Do the index plays vary at all from hi-lo or just provide better accuracy?

I'm actually getting a difference based on DAS. UAPC is slightly better with DAS in a 1-4 SD game, 50% pen, while hi-lo is slightly better with NDAS.

I'm not sure I've seen any DAS SD in awhile.
