    OK. Canada used to have ESR also, in oil country.

    Would be interesting to AP in Canada, considering the state makes is dificult for a casino to remove/bar/back-off a player. However, form the looks of CBJN, Canadian rules are...well, a little to be desired.

    Lets see, this year I've played through North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, California, and Colorado.

    Not a bad year for tourism

    LV, Laughlin, SoCal, Southeast, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Ohio, Indiana, and Missouri for me.

    I'll likely end up in Tahoe, Reno, Arizona, and perhaps NorCal within the semi-close future (whatever that means).
