    Seems like a round about (convoluted) way of saying a team should designate one person to play the role of spotter and then call-in four big player teammates when the count goes up, as opposed to all five playing all counts. Never heard it described as "savings"

    If the way the poster described it is truly the way a casino sees it, then I think they need to upgrade their hiring criteria. Or maybe we should hope they carry-on as is....
