    Yes that is in the definition of terms area but in the paragraph after the definition of terms he writes:

    "To get a ROR of 5% you choose k = 0." With the k in bold print.

    But when he does it for 5% he uses the number you quote. It sure looks like the k=0 is in error but he never fixed it. That just has me wondering about his credentials. So again.

    Your right , I noticed that too , but figured it was a significant-misprint because it then would annihilate the entire section of where it then multiplies by your "static BR" - Also making that completely 0 - of which factor (0) is used as a divisor for the factor of 1 + 4 I N 0

    I just figured it can't be .
