Well first off they won't let you play anymore. Secondly you have just given them reason to flag you for a suspicious activity report which is far more damning than any CTR is. Its real simple, if you have nothing to hide than be as confrontational as you want, when they check you out they will find nothing. But if you are playing in a manner the casino would not approve of, best bet is to act just like a ploppy that just lost 10 grand and wants to play to get it back. Odds are you'll get some mighty fine comps out of it as well.

Seems self-defeating. Turning something that is normally innocuous into something nocuous.

Kind of like John Gotti or Frank Rosenthal shoving themselves into the limelight. Except, that they really were criminals. Advantage players are not criminals. Don't act like one.

Are you that guy who was marking cards at Miss Stud? He caught a jackpot hand and ran off before he could get paid. I guess that's one way to avoid a CTR.

Ha! I don't think I heard about that one. Is there a post or article about it?

Lol tell me he didn't bet table max on all streets only to run after the cards were flipped face up.

He must have been playing with partial information since he didn't fold. Most likely he didn't know what suits the community cards were.
