Winning precentage using index plays

From what I know playing prefect basic strategy:

Win: 42.4%
Loss :49.1%
Push: 8.5%

The win percentage will increase if we use a more accurate index play. Are there any studies using data and charts that shows the win and loss percentage based on index plays?

I am not looking for how high counts affect win/lose/push rates. The second chart on page 370 doesn't give me the win and lose percentage answer that I am looking for.
