Zeroing? Do you mean figuring out the true count (TC) from the running count (RC)? If so, the calculation is: Running_Count / Decks_Remaining = True_Count
For example, the running count is +12 and you are about 2/6 of the way through the shoe (so there are 4 decks remaining), you would divide 12/4 to get 3 -- so the TC at this point would be 3.

I think he's got that one. Is this something to do with unbalanced counts? The initial post was pretty vague.

The way I found is to create your own Playing Strategy based off of the count you normally use. Open Playing Strategy (Simple), create new, then click on counts up top and make sure the count is set at zero for each number of decks. It should be by default. Then exit out and you should be good to go when you select your new user strategy. Let me know if this works for you, I am not the best at explaining this stuff.
