    I've been dealt 1 out of 6 on a few occasions...
    I saw quite a few 4.5 dealt out of 8 in Bulgaria

    1 out of 6 in Romania after they suspect you are an AP, usually the cut is around 70% percent.

    I had been in Prague this year and they cut 50-60% no more.
