I definitely agree that the rule "index of +3 for hands which contain 6" would most likely apply only to 2 and 3-card hands.
"So first you need to find a new rule for this case. Overall, this is not worth it since there are few occasions in which hitting is better than standing. The best rule is to always stand."
I have thought that for simplicity one could probably just class 4 or more-card hands with non 6 containing 3-card hands and use an index of -2. Do you agree?
