Might be a bit of an obscure question :-)

Still, to anyone out there still simulating ESA games: as far as I know CVData allows you to take insurance and than subsequently surrender your hand.
I know of only one store that allows this. I would assume that the impact on game stats (EV, variance etc) is minimal - anyone with any ideas ?

Also, not simmable by CVD - is there any place to look for indices for surrendering, say 18 vs A (decided by the EV of surrendering, -0.5, vs EV of standing + taking insurance). (I suppose I could do this in a roundabout way in CVD - define a few side bets, and check the distribution of the dealer's final hand totals at high counts if the upcard is an Ace...)
