I recently started training to be an AP. I have bought CVCX and CVBJ. In the CVBJ manual, it says that 94' basic hi-lo is the most used strategy out there. Because of this, I assume this is a multiple deck strategy. However, in in the attach a strategy section of CVCX when I select 94' basic the option to check and uncheck the multiple decks parameter disappears. When complete hi-lo is selected, this option becomes available again. From context, my interpretation of this is that 94' basic is a multiple deck strategy only and therefore cannot have the single deck option applied to it. However, I don't want to memorize all of those indexes just to learn later on that this strategy was designed for single deck play.

TL;DR: Can anyone tell me if 94' Basic hi-lo is a multiple deck strategy?

Also, I know I need to read professional blackjack. Buying it very soon.
