I need to simulate it somehow to get odds distribution towards the end of the game.
skeptic,

I have created an Excel workbook that calculated the EV of the Perfect Pairs sidebet for any given distribution of cards left in the shoe.

If all the J's, Q's, and K's are removed, the player has a 22% edge.

Give me an email address (either here in the thread or by PM) and I'll send a copy of the Excel file to you.

Hope this helps!
