Since most these people are going to lose all their money regardless if they play 3:2 or 6:5, it really doesn’t matter which game they play. Even though 6:5 has worst odds, I expect their money will last a little longer on the 6:5 tables since the min is lower. I remember playing in Vegas about 20 years ago on a $1 or $2 table. I didn’t know how bad the rules were until I tried to split or double and they wouldn’t let me. I think it paid 3:2 but about everything else was off limits. It didn’t take me long to move to a higher limit table, like $5, where I got to do something. Lol
"The dealer breaks more often in a H17 game". While true, I call that a lie of omission as it leads players to believe that it is the better game.

"We increased the payout on a couple of the dealer matches and that makes up for the 6:5". A shameless attempt to get more play on the side bet.

"You only get a blackjack every 50 or 60 hands".

"You will get more blackjacks with 8 decks than with 6 decks".

Remember, 4 short weeks ago the entire casino was 6 decks, S17 and 3:2. I guess everyone was spoiled.
