Just do a martingale that is not sequentially bet. If you have no advantage either don't bet or start a new progression every hand. With a small advantage make the second bet in the progressions and continue to bet the larger bets in the progressions at even higher advantages. A little tweaking of when to bet will get the bet frequencies to coincide with that made in a martingale. In the end you bet your progressions out of order in a way that actually gives you an advantage. The other option is to backcourt and only bet your martingale when you have an advantage. Neither will be very optimal but both will give you an advantage over the house. The trouble is the martingale aspect of it will weaken your potential advantage.
