AutomaticMonkey: Are there any expansions to Griffin's playing EOR work?

What I am looking for are a few additional playing EOR numbers that appear to be missing from Griffin's classic. Has anyone elaborated on these?

First, the numbers for splitting 10's. These are the most powerful index splits, so I'm surprised they are not in there.

Second, the numbers for late surrender. I'm thinking they would be similar (in the geometrical sense) to the hit/stand numbers for the same hands, but it would be nice to know them exactly.

    Thanks in advance.

I hate to be sarcastic, but have you been sleeping under a rock for the past five years? Do you really not have BJA3?

In any event, it has all of the above.

I was looking for a compelling reason to part with the money, and now I have it. Thanks!

My goal is to develop a count (perhaps multiparameter) optimized not for the deviations in Basic Strategy, but for the decisions a modern shoe player actually has to make. In theory 16 vs. 10 is an important decision but in praxis it is not, as a Wonging CC can stand on that hand every time with no penalty. 15 vs. 10 becomes a much more important decision, producing an enormous change in the playing EOR of the 6.
