What is the value of an Ace and a X in DD games? (And yes, I know it's 1 or 11 and 10). I'm asking in terms of EV? I remember seeing those numbers somewhere...

Assuming that you mean as the first card in your hand, then about 52% and 13%, respectively.

Thanks for the answer, I should have clarified though. I mean in contribution to the off the top edge. For instance, I imagine the ace number is somewhere around 0.5%.

So, I guess you're asking for the effects of removal (EORs) of the ace and the ten.
See BJA3, p. 522. You're given many choices of rules. I'll pick S17, DAS. Ace is worth -0.5794; 10 is -0.5121. But, of course, that is for single-deck. For DD, you need to multiply by 51/103, hence -0.2869 and -0.2536.
