brownian bridge: Uston SS vs. BRH-1, in particular condition

In my understanding, in shoe games(6-decks), the bigger the bet spread, the bigger the value of BC.
If there is a casino that is unusually tolerant of player's very big bet spread, such as, 30, 40, or 60 is allowed, then, SCORE of Uston SS surpasses BRH-1?
Both true count mode is used.
