    During the 90's, Australia's best cardcounter then, Andrew Scott had been banned from playing blackjack in 12 of the 13 Australian casinos. But he continued to make plenty overseas.     WHY would anyone care about some AP getting barred in Australia? Plenty of players get barred right here in North America.
