    zoomie: Question about counting tags

Is it correct that, for a given game (meaning, e.g., BJ or SP21), the ideal set of counting tags (-1 or -2 for Ace, +1 or +2 for deuce, and so on for each card) would have each tag directly proportional to that card's EOR for that game? That seems to be the gist of some earlier comments here about modifying Revere Point Count or HiLo for SP21, but I may have misunderstood. TIA for your help.
