    Casinos that allow gambling at 18

    Some casinos in CA allow gambling at 18 because they do not serve alcohol.

    Are there any other states beside CA that allow gambling at 18?

    Does anyone know if there is a comprehensive list of casinos that allow gambling at 18?

    Minnesota (except 1), Some casinos in Michigan, and parts of upstate New York (Turning Stone).

    In Washington, casinos can set the gaming age to 18, however, most still have it set to 21 so they don't have to sort out who can be served alcohol.

    There are a few casinos who have decided to set their gaming age to 19 (go figure...)
