    From Don

A better, more logical, question, would be, both for
Norm and for me, why don't people from bj21 come over
here, to the free pages, when they want an immediate
and full answer or explanation for anything that
involves Norm or me? It isn't as if we're difficult to
    find.

    My response

I guess we have capitalism at work here. The people on bj21 don't want to lose any of their members to this site and so even if what Norm or Don says is 99.99% right and the other 0.01% isn't really worth talking about, that is exactly what they will talk about to discredit Norm or Don.

Do you honestly believe that some mean-spirited trolls could actually write things that would convince sane readers not to seek out Norm's or my advice? No one is asking for exclusivity. A person can be a loyal member of bj21 and still frequent these pages as well, where Norm and I are ever-present and ever-gracious with our thousands of responses to questions.

No one's asking you to pick and choose. But, it is somewhat arrogant for a bj21 member to wonder why Norm and I don't post there more frequently -- or at all -- when we are treated so rudely there.

I'm bored of this. All I have left to say is the casinos must love these trolls. They create nothing but discord.

This is not the issue. There is no organized effort by the owners of bj21 to discredit Norm or Don and destroy this site. Neither Norm of Don has ever claimed anything like that. The issue is editorial policy. Clearly it is the major difference between the way the two sites are run. Norm, understandably, chooses not to put up with the attacks. Wong chooses not to bust them.

I have had few dealings with Norm' but enough to convince me of his sincerity and honesty within the Blackjack community.

Not only can Norm' profess to being the creator of an excellent product, his dedication and committement supercedes any ulterior motive he may have castigated upon him.

He remains a loyal and trusted 'voice' to the Blackjack community.

That's my point even if it is an obvious one. If Stanford Wong was worried about losing your contributions to his site, he would do something about the trolls. Without saying the words, he would rather not have both of you on his site. But I guess as long as you are paying for green chip membership, he puts up with it.

We don't pay; we are comped. It's a professional courtesy extended to two people who, when Wong first established his site more than ten years ago, helped put it on the map. As you mention, he no longer needs us. So much for loyalty. :-)

I assumed that you probably didn't pay for green chip but I wasn't perfectly sure. Here comes some butter. There may be a few people who know the game of blackjack as good as you do but I don't think anyone knows it better than you.

Good Luck with your good skill.

Not a bad deal for SW. He sold more than $40,000 worth of CV before I dropped him.
