Norm, is this software capable of generating optimal betting spread tables for any number of decks and rules/penetration conditions?
Yes for any number of decks and reasonable penetrations. Not all possible rules. For less common rules you would need CVData also. My intention is to keep CVCX very easy to use.

You've really outdone yourself on this one.
The new version doesn't support the old sim format. Actually; this is the fourth sim file format. V3 supported the previous three formats. It became too unwieldy with four formats; so I started over. I intend to continue running sims with the new format and posting them to the CVCX library as I can now run them ten times faster. I'm sending you a CD with the current set.
