Praying Mantis: Is Blackjack Switch Beatable?

I have seen the strategy at Arnold's site and on Wizard of Odds for this game and I realize that the house edge is small with BJ Switch's basic strategy.

Is there a counting strategy with index numbers that will swing the edge our way?

drumz1: I would like to know more about this, too.

I've seen the game here and there, but to tell the truth, have no knowlege as to whether there is an advantage play to it or not.

    Comments welcome.

BTW, PM, I hope you're doing well, pal.

If you can find a strategy you'd better jump in while you can. There is a subtle rule change that will add a considerable amount to the house edge and that is likely to spread rather than the original version.

I would think you'd have enough index numbers and other info already floating around in your head, why bother with BJ Switch? I've been meaning to suggest low limit Hold'Em as a possibility to enhance your gaming time, perhaps on Wednesday's Craps of course is another game you may want to pursue. Pass line bets with full odds, and placing the 6&8 to get your feet wet might be a worthy venture.

BTW, our mutual friend's daughter just got accepted to USC. They are ecstatic! Hello to your better half.
