    buddha: Cost for Camo

What would be the best source to determine the cost for any basic strategy deviation? I've seen some estimates for some play deviations in BTTLV and BIB but don't know the source. I'd like to know the cost for any deviation I would care to make.

Not sure I understand. Are you talking about the gain from using an index? Or the cost of using incorrect BS where you are not using an index? If the latter, the cost is not the same as that for a BS player and I've not seen any tables for cost to a counter.

If BS, then see BJA3, Chapter 7, especially the tables on pp. 98-99.
