I found a 6 deck game that uses all but a fraction of the cards sometimes even running out of cards. Can I bet the minimum during negative counts and expect to win using the advanced red 7 count? Thank you Terry

Well this is the situation where a higher level, balanced count really shines. But, any valid strategy should do well with extremely deep penetration and Red7 is certainly a valid strategy. Assuming of course there is nothing else wrong with this game and you have adequate spread and bankroll.
